With coffee consumption at an all-time high, how exactly does one define the perfect cup of java? This October, the premiere series LIVING COFFEE WITH PAUL BASSETT follows the 2003 world barista champion as he offers viewers a unique combination of practical coffee insights and provides an intimate insider's look into the many facets of contemporary coffee culture. Episode highlights include everything from how to buy, brew and store this popular drink to revealing features of a great caf .

True appreciation of coffee means pursuing more than just the caffeine hit. It requires savoring the moment on an emotional level. From profiles of top industry professionals to tips to various plantations, the series also visits the world barista championship in Trieste, Italy to experience first-hand the glory of victory - and the bitter taster of defeat -- on the biggest stage in the world coffee arena. This October, coffee aficionado Paul Bassett takes Discovery Travel & Living viewers on a passionate, entertaining and informative journey through the world of contemporary coffee, revealing why it really is good to the very last drop!




一連十三集的《生活咖啡美學》將于十月起逢星期二晚上八時至八時三十分首播,每集并于隨后的星期二回放,與觀眾一同追隨香醇的咖啡。

This October, LIVING COFFEE WITH PAUL BASSETT follows the scent of aromatic heaven with premiere episodes on Tuesday, beginning 4 October, at 2000-2030 (SIN/HK). Episodes encore the following Tuesday at 1200.
